However, the SEND support question received a mixed response, with 38% strongly disagreeing that the school gives SEND children the support they need, compared to 13% who strongly agreed.

The school has a capacity of 441 and currently has 397 pupils on roll, with 20.2% eligible for free school meals. It is oversubscribed for the 2025/26 academic year, receiving 187 applications for 60 places, with 41 first-preference offers made. Facilities include art studios, music rooms, an ICT suite, a sports hall, outdoor playground, playing fields and a forest school. Sports offered include cricket, swimming, athletics, football, gymnastics and tennis, while clubs range from book club and chess to science club, coding, choir and eco club. The school provides support for a wide range of SEND needs, including autistic spectrum disorder, speech, language and communication needs, and social, emotional and mental health difficulties, and has a resourced provision. This school will suit families who value a broad range of facilities and activities and who are comfortable with its Good Ofsted rating and below-average KS2 results compared to the local authority.
