Seventy-one per cent of parents who responded to Ofsted's Parent View survey would recommend Kingswood Primary School, though the picture from the 72 responses is mixed. The school is heavily oversubscribed: for 28 places in the 2025/26 intake, there were 126 applications, giving an oversubscription ratio of 4.5 to one. Twenty-seven of those 28 places went to first-preference families. On the positive side, 86 per cent of parents agreed or strongly agreed that their child is happy, and 79 per cent felt their child is safe. Behaviour is a strong point, with 93 per cent agreeing the school ensures good conduct. However, concerns about SEND support are notable: 72 per cent of respondents strongly disagreed that children with special educational needs get the help they need, though only 25 per cent of respondents said their child has SEND. Similarly, 40 per cent disagreed that bullying is dealt with effectively, though a majority marked this question as not applicable.
